Raccon’s Steam on Hire contracts combine boiler operation and maintenance with fuel supply, providing customers with a coordinated solution for their steam-generation requirements.
Under this arrangement, Raccon manages the agreed boiler O&M activities, arranges fuel and bills the customer on a per-kilogram basis for steam generated, as measured through the agreed metering arrangement.
Each contract is structured around the customer’s steam demand, required pressure, operating hours, boiler configuration and fuel requirements. Responsibilities for water, electricity, treatment chemicals, major repairs and other supporting utilities are defined in the agreed contract.
This arrangement helps customers simplify fuel and manpower coordination, improve visibility of steam-generation costs and entrust day-to-day boiler management to a dedicated utility-service partner.
