The Air-Slide system consists of a rectangular chamber separated by a cloth media.
The chamber is inclined at a very slight angle (1.5° to 16°). Low pressure air is supplied into the lower air chamber which then passes through the cloth media and ‘fluidises’ the material. The material then behaves like a fluid, and flows down through the length of the material chamber. After material get fluidise excess air in the material chamber is vented out through suction hood and ducting to a dust collection system.
With the help of air slide conveying system, we can transfer material capacities varies from 10 TPH to 3000 TPH. Depending upon the material properties.
