Micron Separator

Our dynamic air classifier sharply separates fine and coarse particles using the centrifugal aerodynamic force of a rotating rotor and airflow carrying particles through the rotor. It is used to adjust product particle size or to adjust the product density. Our mechanical designs have high classification precision, producing high recovery rates of the fine particles, up to 85-90%, subject to material characteristics.
